BEDLAM BAY

COMMUNITY GARDEN

OUR PROJECTS

Our shovels hit the dirt in Bedlam Bay Community Garden in 2016 thanks to Tegan Burton at NSW National Park and Wildlife Services. We built a pretty little garden and have met lovely locals there.

We held our first event "Bedlam at the Bay" for mental health awareness in October 2018. Unfortunately, we were unable to proceed with the 2019 event and our planned 2020 event at Bedlam Bay was shutdown due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We commenced building Henley Green Community Garden with the support of Hunters Hill Council for our first seasonal working bee in November 2018. It became very productive very quickly and we are excited about the increasing community engagement. We held our inaugural “Henley Growers Market” on 19th September 2020 to the delight of locals. All fresh food vendors sold out! Seasonal markets are held regularly. Visit our Events page for more details.
